I had breakfast with God this morning. I took 7000 sun-coated and sweat drenched steps (courtesy of my pedometer) toward body and spirit maintenance. My spirit guides walked with me and I felt protected as I explored beautiful trails with my feet. My mind connected to the sights and sounds, nose focused on the scents of trees, flowers, herbs and animals. I felt open and clear as necessary words and actions waited in line to show themselves and plug into my new reality. A map was almost drawn for me, my organic GPS lining up the destinations to come on my life's walk.

It's amazing how easy it is when you pay attention, listen, and move in faith. I can be stubborn, but now is not such a time.

I am God. She is me.
